Key Responsibilities:

Answering tenant queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Scheduling and confirming appointments for property viewings
Sending reminders to potential tenants about upcoming viewings
Providing excellent customer service to assist with rental inquiries

Requirements:
✅ Must be based in Johannesburg
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently
✅ Experience in customer service or admin is a plus
